We’re proud to share that we have successfully completed a full CCTV system upgrade on two of our valued customers’ vessels at Khalid Port.

Our team delivered high-quality installation, integration, and commissioning work to enhance onboard safety, monitoring efficiency, and operational awareness.

• CCTV Camera Upgrade & Commissioning
• We replaced outdated units with high-resolution Hikvision IP/TVI dome and bullet cameras.
• We re-aligned camera angles across the bridge, decks, accommodation, engine room, helideck, and other operational zones.
• We validated the video quality and IR performance under both daylight and low-light conditions.
• Marine-Grade Cable Routing & Junction Box Installation
• We installed Ex-rated, marine-grade junction boxes for safe cable terminations.
• We routed and secured shielded coaxial/IP cables with proper sealing and glanding.
• All cabling was reinforced to withstand vibration, temperature changes, and harsh marine environments.
• Bridge Monitoring Stations
• We installed & configured large-format Hikvision bridge monitors.
• Multi-view layouts were optimized for helideck, aft deck, winch stations, machinery spaces, and navigation bridge views.
• We ensured real-time monitoring with minimal latency.
• Network Rack Optimization & System Integration
• We reorganized and mounted multiple Hikvision DVR systems with clear labeling.
• The PoE switch, patch panels, and network cabling were re-terminated and structured for easy maintenance.
• UPS and power routing were optimized for system reliability.
• System Testing & Crew Handover
• We conducted full vessel-wide connectivity checks and playback verification.
• Multi-console bridge testing ensured redundancy and smooth operation.
• We trained the crew on monitoring, playback, zooming, and incident review functions.
