We successfully completed the troubleshooting, rewiring, testing, and restoration of an Oily Water Separator (OWS) system during an overseas service assignment at Port Said, Egypt.

Scope of Work

✦ Diagnosed and rectified a long-standing blown fuse issue
✦ Rewired the motor control panel to restore reliable operation
✦ Removed the existing bypass condition and reinstated the original control logic
✦ Restored the OWS system to fully automatic operation
✦ Conducted functional testing to verify safe and dependable system performance

The successful completion of this service restored the OWS system to normal operating condition, ensuring reliable automatic operation and supporting efficient onboard environmental compliance.
