  • We successfully completed the Rescue Boat Davit Dynamic and Static Load Testing at Damen, UAE, ensuring full compliance with international safety and operational standards. As part of the inspection and certification process, the davit system underwent two stages of testing: Dynamic Load Test: 2264 kg Static Load Test: 3225 kg Our team carried out the procedure using certified water bags, calibrated load monitoring equipment, and industry-approved testing protocols. The results confirmed the davit’s safe working condition, operational reliability, and readiness for emergency deployment. The procedure simulates the real loads the davit handles during an emergency. It confirms that the structure, winch, wire, and brakes can operate safely under both sudden and steady forces. Static and dynamic tests also show how the system reacts to movement and weight changes. These tests are required by class rules and marine safety standards to ensure safe operation for the crew and vessel.
