Our team successfully completed the annual inspection, servicing, and operational testing of the vessel’s lifeboat and rescue boat systems, ensuring full compliance with international maritime safety standards.

Key Highlights of the Job

• Complete dismantling and overhaul of winch gear assemblies
• Cleaning, refurbishment, and alignment of internal gears and brake systems
• Inspection and testing of the on-load/off-load hook release mechanisms
• Servicing of davits, wire ropes, sheaves, and lifting equipment
• Functional checks of navigation compass, internal lighting, and signalling systems
• Full launch and recovery testing of both lifeboat and rescue boat

Every component—from critical mechanical gears to safety equipment—was thoroughly inspected, repaired, lubricated, and verified for safe operation.
