Deck Crane, Steering & Winch Hydraulics Overhaul – Khalid Port, Sharjah

We proudly present our latest completed project in the Hydraulic division.

We were awarded with the overhauling of the main hydraulic systems like Deck crane, Steering System & Hatch Cover system of a Cargo Carrier at Khalid Port, Sharjah. All tasks were successfully completed and tested up to the satisfaction of the vessel Chief Engineer.

Major scopes covered

1. Overhauling, testing and commissioning of Hatch cover hydraulic cylinder.

2. Overhauling, testing and commissioning of Deck crane hydraulic motors & pumps.

3. Troubleshooting and fault rectification in the Deck crane control valve operations.

4. Overhauling, testing and commissioning of Steering system hydraulic cylinders and direction control valves.

5. Supply, installation and commissioning of Steering system Hydraulic pumps.
