For shipping companies

Train your new crew before they join.

Give every new joiner the same short, interactive courses on lifeboats, fire-fighting, gas detection and more. Soon you will see who has finished, on one page.

Familiarisation and refresher training. It is not STCW or flag-approved training, and it does not replace it.

Why crewing and training teams ask for this

  • 1

    Every joiner learns it differently

New crew arrive having learned the same equipment in different ways, or not at all.

  • 2

    Checking is paperwork

Knowing who has done what usually means chasing forms and emails.

  • 3

    Inspectors ask for proof

Port state control and audits look for evidence that the crew know their safety equipment.

Questions from companies

Is it STCW or flag approved?

No. It is familiarisation and refresher training. It does not replace STCW courses, maker's training or training your flag requires.

What will it cost?

We have not set company prices yet. Tell us your fleet size and how many crew you train each year, and we will come back to you.

Can we add our own procedures?

Not yet. Tell us what you need in the form: it shapes what we build next.

How is crew data handled?

We keep only what the courses need (email, name, progress). We never sell it. Crew can delete their account at any time.

Can crew keep their certificates when they leave?

Yes. Each certificate belongs to the learner's own account.
